I built HeelYeah because the same gap kept coming up in every training room I sat in
I'm a software developer who has spent a long time around dog training. I've fostered dogs who needed behavior rehabilitation or medical care, and I've had a few behaviorally challenging dogs of my own. That experience put me in rooms with a lot of trainers and behaviorists, and the same gap kept coming up: consistent client communication and follow-up.
The training was never the problem. The trainers I met were excellent at the actual work. What kept slipping was everything around it: the homework that owners forgot between sessions, the progress that was hard to show, the rebooking that fell through when the week got busy. Good outcomes were leaking out through the gaps between appointments.
So I built something to fix it. It's called HeelYeah!.
I released it for beta after nearly a year of building it. I'm looking for a handful of trainers to try it and tell me what to improve. In return, you get a full CRM built specifically for dog trainers. Free, no strings.
Join the BetaOne home for the relationship between a trainer and their clients
We believe the relationship between a trainer and their client is the business, and it deserves software built around it. Not a generic CRM bent to fit dogs. Not a booking tool with notes bolted on. A platform that understands how training actually works.
That's the standard we're building toward, one release at a time.
